Platform Overview
The full underwriting automation platform
Five integrated modules, one workflow. From broker packet to quote-ready pricing model.
How the pipeline connects
Every specialty lines submission begins the same way: a broker sends a packet — PDFs, ACORD forms, email attachments, loss run documents. The Undwrlyft intake queue receives them automatically, without manual routing.
The AI extraction engine reads each document in sequence. Loss runs are parsed against a library of carrier format patterns. Exposure schedules are mapped to standard field definitions. Prior carrier information is reconciled across submission years.
Extracted and validated data flows directly to your pricing model. Fields map to your existing Rateware configuration, Excel model, or policy admin system schema — with a confidence score on each value and a full audit trail back to the source document.
The underwriter opens the Workbench to see a structured review queue: submissions processed, anomaly flags raised against the loss history, fields pre-populated in the pricing model. The judgment calls — coverage terms, rate adequacy, referral to senior underwriter — are theirs. The transcription work is not.
Five Modules
Each module handles one stage of the workflow
Submission Intake
Structured ingestion from broker email, MGA portal, and document upload. Auto-routing to underwriter queues.
Loss Run Extraction
Parse multi-format loss run PDFs into structured tables — year-over-year, incurred vs paid, large loss flags.
Pricing Pre-Fill
Map extracted data directly to carrier pricing model fields. Confidence scoring. Audit trail. No rekeying.
Underwriter Workbench
Review queue, AI-flagged anomalies, and decision workflow. Built for judgment calls, not data entry.
Integrations
REST API connections to policy admin systems, rating engines, email servers, and broker portals.
Data Flow
From broker packet to underwriter decision

We configure the extraction field mapping and pricing model pre-fill to your carrier's schema before the demo. Bring a real broker packet — or the loss run format your team finds most painful.
