One problem, done right
We are building underwriting automation for specialty lines. Not a general-purpose document tool, not a broader insurance platform. That specificity means every line of code and every product decision has a clear purpose against a known workflow.
Direct exposure to the domain
You will sit in on carrier implementations, review actual extraction results on live loss runs, and work alongside underwriters reviewing Workbench output. The feedback loop between what you build and what a CUO sees is short and visible.

We are independently funded. Every product and hiring decision is grounded in what carriers and MGAs can actually use today. No growth-at-all-costs pressure. We build things that work, and we ship when they're ready.

Senior ML Engineer — Document Extraction
Build and improve the extraction models that parse insurance documents into structured data. Deep experience with document AI, layout understanding models, and production ML pipelines required.
Insurance Implementations Manager
Lead carrier and MGA implementations from contract to live. Requires insurance industry experience — ideally underwriting operations, IT, or vendor management at a specialty carrier or MGA.
Backend Engineer — API & Integrations
Build and maintain the REST API layer and integration connectors to insurance platform systems. Experience with event-driven architecture, webhook systems, and enterprise API integration required.
Insurance Solutions Consultant
Identify, qualify, and develop relationships with specialty lines carriers and MGAs. Insurance industry background required — ideally prior underwriting, broker relations, or insurtech sales experience.
