Priced for how law firms actually work.
Per-review pricing for ad hoc matters. Monthly plans for firms that run 5+ reviews a month. No seat fees. No per-user licensing.
$390 is below the cost of one hour of associate time at a mid-size firm. Monthly at $1,850 is about four associate hours. We charge for the work — not per attorney on your payroll.

Why not seat-based licensing?
Law firms don't run software like SaaS companies. Partners run a review once at deal close, then don't touch it for 3 months. Seat fees penalize sporadic usage. We charge for the work — per matter, per month of active use — not per attorney on your payroll.
Common questions
One matter's document set — a full diligence room for one deal, or one batch of commercial contracts from one client matter. Not per document, not per page beyond the 800-page cap.
Yes. Upload your firm's standard positions in Word or PDF. Undwrlyft extracts your baseline stances and uses them as the comparison baseline for every review.
No. Your matter documents are processed in your isolated environment and purged after brief delivery. We never use client documents to train models.
iManage, NetDocuments, and Clio are supported on the Firm Monthly plan. API access for custom DMS integration is available on the Practice Group plan.
