Five steps to your first review

Each step takes a few minutes. The review itself runs in the background.

  1. Create your firm account — request access at undwrlyft.com/register. We'll provision your isolated firm environment within one business day.
  2. Upload your playbook baselines (or use our standard M&A playbook) — upload your firm's standard positions as a Word or PDF document. Undwrlyft extracts your baseline stances for comparison.
  3. Upload a document package — drop your PDF or Word files (up to 50 documents per package). Zip files and multi-document Word packages are supported.
  4. Receive flagged brief by email or in your dashboard — review typically completes within 47 minutes. You'll receive an email notification when your brief is ready.
  5. Export to Word or push to your DMS — download the flagged brief as a Word document or push it directly to iManage, NetDocuments, or Clio (Firm Monthly plan).
